It has been widely used for the reason of its simplicity and flexibility in nature as representation of web design.
HTML is like the storage of date, or like memo where the web designer input their masterpiece in through simple and plain text. Web developer have mastered these twist and turn that out of pure textual instruction can bring out a more colourful images and presentations of document viewed by users.
