Hormone imbalances -- You might also get man boobs through a rare condition called Gynecomastia.  This is usually confirmed by checking to see if you have extremely low levels of testosterone.  This causes your body to have more estrogen than testosterone.  This gives you man boobs.  This could be the result of side effects from medicine that you're taking or a testicular tumor,
