The mental plane is the third plane and at this level mastery means we control all aspects of personality, mental emotional and physical.

The buddhic plane comes next and it is unsual to achieve this without much work over many lifetimes. The fifth level is the atmic plane, sixth, the monadic plane and the seventh the logoic plane all levels that are very high and are rarely achieved.
