To be totally honest I had never so much as heard of spirit guides until I came on line.
I have wondered about this a great deal over the years and wondered why I am different to what most say they have. Its not that I don’t see the “spirit guides”, I actually know where my information comes from and it is possible that my way of seeing things is different to most, although not all. I know for certain I have found at least three other psychic people who see the same way I do and have discussed this with them. I have come to the conclusion that a great deal of the way we see probably has to do with early childhood near death experiences. This has given us what I call “a direct connection”. By saying this I mean our information appears to come from the God source. I am aware this is unusual for most psychic people and many can’t get their head around this idea. When I or any of these other folks I know connect, we do not have a spirit guide standing there and telling us things. This is what most psychic people have apparently. I have seen guides around people so I can understand where they are coming from. It is almost as if they have an interpreter to show people, in symbols, what their message is that they need to pass on. For many years on line I listened in fascination as these folks have given readings. It is not that I don’t believe them. It’s just that this concept is foreign to me. For me, symbols being open to interpretation can be interpreted incorrectly and thus the wrong message might be passed on. For me its more like a direct brain connection and the words come through with no interpretation require. Rather you need to close down your thinking mind and listen directly to spirit and not try to make sense of it. The message is for the person receiving it not for me. Just as long as they understand it that is all that matters. You basically have two sides to your brain. The spiritual, psychic side and then you have normal everyday thinking side. If you close of the thinking side and allow the psychic side to dominate and just give the information as you hear, see and feel it, it should be totally clear to the person you are passing the message to. Your own input isn’t in the information. In other words, when spirit says green, they mean green not the colour you are seeing in front of you.
When it comes to being psychic every single person is different, and if you feel you have a spirit guide then probably you do but there definitely are people out in the psychic world that do not have spirit guides.
