HTC Mega is a cool hand set

This model called HTC Mega has been launched by the HTS Company to provide its user a very comfortable experience of using the mobile phone. It is a medium sized phone that has very comfortable dimensions of 4.09 by 2.17 by 0.51 inches. It is very easy to carry around this mobile phone in the pocket or in the hand bag as one would wish. It is also very light in weight just about one hundred and ten grams. It is a GSM Quad-band phone which is capable of global roaming and also supports UMTS dual-band European and Asian 3G networks.

The HTC Mega comes with a very beautiful not so big and not so small touch screen. It is a resistive touch screen having a resolution of two hundred and forty by three hundred and twenty. It is a TFT screen which supports a color panel of sixty five thousand five hundred and thirty six color shades. The physical size of the screen is 2.80 inches in width.  This phone also has the ability to extend its memory with the help of microSD and microSDHC memory slots.

The HTC Mega also has exceptional multimedia features. It has camera having a resolution of 3.2 megapixels. It is a digital zoom camera.  The audio and video player of this phone support many different types of file formats, like for video it supports formats like MPEG4, WMV, AVI, 3GP and other such formats. For audio files also it supports formats like MP3, AAC, AAC+, WMA, WAV and other such formats. This phone also has a FM player to increase on the entertainment value.
 
HTC Mega uses Windows Mobile Professional 6.5 and a Qualcomm MSM7225 processor which operates at a speed of 528 Mhz. it has a RAM of 256 MB and a 512 MB ROM. One can also easily access Internet from this phone using the Opera browser. It also supports 2.1 Stereo Bluetooth and 802.11b and 802.11 g versions of Wi-Fi. It also has a USB port. This phone also has other basic feature like alarm. Calendar, calculator, notes, speaker phone etc. it also supports java applications.
