Nokia 6730 Classic – A Hassle Free Phone

The Nokia 6730 Classic is the recent addition to the Nokia Classic series. Although it is not a high-end smartphone yet it only provides mid-range functionality but nevertheless this is still a decent device which is packed with excellent features.

Nokia 6730 Classic has the typical candy bar form factor. It has a sleek design curvy at the edges with a distinct outlook and is armed with a 2.2 inches screen space that displays 16M colors at 240 x 320 pixels resolution. Measuring at 112 x 46 x 13mm, the device has a very light 83 grams of weight so it is not only comfortable to hold in hand but also will not be a burden your pocket. The keypad on this phone is flat and easy to press as it is quite tactile.

The Nokia 6730 sports a 3.2 mega pixel camera with auto focus but no useable LED light. It can capture images at resolution of 2048×1536 pixels. The camera also allowed to capturing video up to 15fps but in VGA video format. Since it has been incorporated with the high-speed 3G connection so the phone also features a videocall camera for you to talk to your friends face to face. WMV, RV, MP4, 3GP video file formats are acceptable by the inherent video player.

The built-in music player is able to play MP3, WMA, WAV, RA, AAC and M4A formats. Also users are allowed to enjoy the Vodafone Music Client which is a one touch on device portal for access to the Vodafone Music Shop. An FM tuner which supports a RDS radio feature allows the user to view radio information also included in the phone.

The Nokia 6730 Classic runs on Symbian operating system with series 60 software which is of version 3.2. The GPS navigation system is powerful enough as it has been supported by A-GPS function with Nokia maps application. 3G HSDPA, HSCSD, Bluetooth with A2DP, Micro USB, EDGE and GPRS are the high end connectivity choices given by the company. The users can use the WAP 2.0, HTML and X-HTML browser & enjoy a high speed Internet experience.
