Nokia has a reputation for producing popular phones which are easy to use.

The Nokia E5 is certainly compact with dimensions of just 115x 58.9x 13.8 mm.  This makes it a pocket friendly handset especially when coupled with its light weight of just 126 g which also makes it a comfortable phone to hold and use on the move.

The Nokia E5 displays on screen imagery very well thanks to a 2.36 inch TFT screen which is capable of displaying up to 256K simultaneous colours within a pixel setup of 320x 240 pixels.  This makes it great for viewing photos and video files via the versatile internal media player which supports several different formats of music and video files.

In order to customise the sound of her phone, users can assign MP3 music files as ringtones which works alongside the standard vibration setting.  In order to carry out a handsfree communication an easy to use speakerphone system is included along with a 3.5 mm audio Jack, which can accommodate earphones for listening to music as well as handsfree headsets.

Along with 250 megabytes of internal storage, there is also expandable memory in the form of a microSD card slot which comes with a pre-installed 2 GB memory card.  Although this is capable of storing plenty of files and data, a card of up to 32 GB can replace the standard one giving users plenty of scope for storage of music files, video clips, documents and other data.  The Nokia E5 also has an internal phonebook which is capable of storing a huge amount contacts and boasts the ever popular Photocall feature.

Cellular networks are connected to via class 32 versions of both EDGE and GPRS.  In order to connect to the Internet in areas with three G coverage, the Nokia E5 utilises an HSDPA connection with speeds of up to 10.2 mega bytes being available (along with HSUPA at 2 MB per second).  To gain an even faster Internet connection, local Wi-Fi Networks can be utilised thanks to the Nokia E5 boasting Wi-Fi connectivity.  Bluetooth and micro USB connections finish off the list of connectivity features offered by the Nokia E5.

The Nokia E5 is also available in several different colour variants which means that not only does it feel to those looking for productivity device, but it also doubles up as a fashion statement in mobile phone form.
