Nokia N85 comes with a complete movie video camera and has some exceptional applications which allow the user to create and share videos easily with friends.

The Nokia N85 which is a two way slider handset has exceptional video quality with a high definition main camera and has recording speeds up to 30fps at 640 x 480 pixels. The 8x digital video zoom feature allows the user to focus clearly on moving and distant objects by zooming and clearly capturing the complete movements. The handset also has a front camera which is slightly smaller than the main camera and has a Video recording resolution of 352 x 288 pixels with 15fps. This camera can zoom up to 2x and the digital camera has outstanding video quality with built in Carl zeiss optics.

Media Options for recording

The phone can record videos in mp4 and 3gp formats and can record audio in AMR and AAC formats with Image stabilization and Video white balancing mode. The camera automatically adjusts the video quality when shooting in the dark or in shade where light is a constraint. Videos can be made with clip lengths of 1 hour and 30 minutes and can be played on the Real Player already bundled with the mobile phone software for playing video files and music.

The Nokia Connectivity Video Cable (CA-75U) allows the user to plug the mobile phone in the TV out and view the video in larger screen. The captured video files can even be edited on the phone and be sent to friends though Real time video sharing with another compatible mobile device.
