If you select the Call Forwarding Variable option, then you will have to necessarily activate and deactivate the feature. When utilizing Call Forwarding Variable feature, your telephone will generate a half ring each time an incoming call is forwarded - to remind you that your feature is activated.
Some service providers offer international call forwarding feature by allocating for the customer a local virtual phone number which is forwarded to any other international destination. A Call Forwarding service provider may offer the subscriber the option to select a number in another country other than where he is physically located and have the call forwarded to his local phone.
