Media broadcasting technology has advanced quickly in the last fifty years beginning with crude radio broadcasts and quickly moving to fairly advanced radio that brought some of the great vaudeville players into our forbearers homes in the evenings for hours of fantastic entertainment in the evenings when whole families would gather around their radios to listen to the fantastic new technological advancement of its day. The invention of black and white TV put an end to all of the great radio entertainment of that era. The early black and white TV era was a fantastic time when greats like Red Skeleton and Jackie "The Great One" Gleason pioneered the beginnings of what we know as TV comedy. Then color TV came along and out went black and white,Satellite TV Now And Into The Future Articles it was as simple as that. You would have to go to an antique store now to look for a black and white TV. Standard TV programming as we know it had its rise and its boom years prior to cable TVs onset. There was a time before cable when standard TV broadcasting was all that was available to the public and there were some pretty good shows and programming on it. Then cable put an end to that with what it had to offer which was much better than standard TV programming. It went on for twenty-four hours! That was a big thing back then. If you woke up in the middle of the night and wanted to watch TV, well you could if you had cable. Then along came the latest technology in TV viewing. Satellite TV and like all the other advancements in TV broadcasting technology in the past, its a great improvement on everything behind it. Like all the other improvements it brings some of the past improvements with it but only in a better way. Like the other advancements satellite TV brings more programming and also improved quality in that programming. Satellite TV technology is a quantum leap up from all the others though. It is quite simply the way of the future and all future technological advancements that happen in broadcasting will center on satellite TV. Satellite TV has surpassed cable broadcasting in virtually every area of the business. Cables dismal customer satisfaction rating has been replaced by satellite TVs leaders stellar customer service records. The top satellite TV program providers now have more channels available in both standard digital and in high definition than any cable service providers. So cable service will eventually take its place along with all the other broadcasting technologies of the past. Something that was replaced by something better that provided quantity and quality and is a better deal. Now is the time to join the satellite TV family of satisfied TV viewers and let the technology of the past go.
