Smartphone manufacturer extraordinaire HTC has recently produced a number of notable handsets. With the HTC Desire HD and Desire Z recently released, the original HTC Desire remains as popular as ever.

Surfing the Internet is fast and reliable with the HTC Desire.  It relies on both 3G and Wi-Fi to provide it with the optimum Internet connection. When zooming in on a web page, the text is automatically repositioned and resizes itself to fill the screen.  This means users don’t have to constantly scroll and reason to read an entire section of text.

 

An impressive 5 mega pixel digital camera is located on the back of the handset, and boasts features such as Autofocus and an LED flash.  These features allow users to improve the quality of the photos whilst simultaneously simplifying the task of taking them.  The camera allows users to shoot high definition video footage if it used to upgrade to Android 2.2, otherwise they can still film in WVGA quality.

 

The highly regarded combination of the Android OS and 1 GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon processor provide an excellent platform for customisation and expansion, and users can download additional apps from the Android Market.
