Offering the kind of versatility which is sure to appeal to all kinds of users, this handset boasts key features including touch screen navigation, a full QWERTY keyboard, and a five mega pixel digital camera.

One of the main hardware differences between the Vivaz Pro and the original Vivaz, besides the keyboard, is the five mega pixel camera.  Although the original model features and eight mega pixel camera, the Vivaz Pro incorporates an impressive five mega pixel camera which operates at a pixel resolution of 2560x 1920 pixels resulting in high quality still images and video.  In fact, video is recorded in 720p (HD) at a rate of 24 frames per second.  In order to simplify the task of taking great quality still images, a number of features are included as standard ranging from Autofocus, touch focus, face & smile detection, image stabilisation and an LED flash.  Geo-tagging operates thanks to GPS and automatically records the location at which a photo was taken.

For storage and documents, music files and other data are, 75 MB of internal storage is provided as standard within the Sony Ericsson Vivaz Pro.  Alongside this, a micro SD card slot comes with a pre-installed 8 GB memory card. Although this can be upgraded by inserting a larger card, of up to 16 GB being accommodated.  The vast internal phonebook can store seemingly endless number contacts and utilises the Photocall function.
