How do I lock folders with a password on computer?

Question: I have been warned by my laptop that I need a new battery (which right now I can't afford), plus my charger port is broken now. So I have been putting all my files/folders on my flash but I need to put them on my dad's computer so I can get more off. I was wondering how I can lock my folders and files so they will only open for me since my dad's computer is like a family computer.
