Another way you can make the best use of your time management technique is to set aside short time periods, but extend your work week into the weekends. You can set just 5 hours of your day as your work hours and concentrate on your tasks within the 5-hour time, without breaks. This way, you can have a lot of time to spend for your family, friends, or hobbies, but still have enough time to get things done at work.
