There are two forms or sides to MLM businesses. A first side is the offline or physical side and the online or internet side. You should know that the offline form requires much more formality and capital. You would have to register a company, copyright any special business ideas, and have a couple staff. Obviously this form is much more expensive and I personally would prefer the online form which requires only a business name, website, and one person (you) to run it.

Creating your own business idea usually involves more background work and is a lot riskier. Most other people or companies wishing to join the MLM business train would usually follow the ideas of another already existent business.
