Whether it is to buy a dress, shoes or accessories, people tend to log on to shopping websites to satiate their desires. Apart from shopping people are being dependent on Internet for routes, locations etc. Internet has bought the world closer.

Shopping websites have been the starch of online browsing. Statistics state that 55% of people logged on to the Internet in order to shop. There are an assortment of websites catering to the demands and wants of consumers. Shopping websites prioritise customer satisfaction. This is because they promote their business through word of mouth publicity. One bad word can ruin their entire set up and halt the traffic. Thus it is important that they keep their customers satisfied at all times. Incidents like the PepperFry Fraud had caused a lot of unrest amongst the website owners.
