1) Revision tips

  • Design a time table which will keep a track of your progress. You must ensure that you assign enough time for playing as well as relaxation
  • While you are revising any subject, make sure you practise it by writing. Know why? It will be a sort of simulation of the exams themselves. Make proper plans for your revision and see to it that you complete it in time. It will give you a feeling of accomplishment, and will build your confidence!
  • During revision, juggle the subjects and difficulty levels so you do not get bored. Fix achievable targets for fixed time

2) Take timeouts

To avoid getting tired mentally, take short breaks the moment you notice you are losing attention. Stick to those activities which will not cut the study when you're taking such breaks. Don't choose loud music or television, and you can stay refreshed when you come back. Your mind needs adequate rest!

3) Have regular sleep pattern

Studying till late in the night or early in the morning won't make a difference. You can study whenever you can. A minimum of seven hours sleep is required for the human body. So, do not listen to people when they insist that you deprive sleep and study! Also, stop studying an hour before you hit the sack, and it will relieve your stress!

4) Food habits

Make sure you are consuming food that are rich in protein and vitamin. Fresh fruits and greens are a must in your diet. Such nutrients will keep your brain sharp. Also, no fat content please!

5) No distractions

Do not get distracted for unnecessary things. Always keep yourself distant from issues that are not vital to you

6) Law of attraction

If your thinking is positive enough, you can attract success. Avoid all sorts of negative thoughts and keep your mind at calm. Success will definitely come to you!

7) Relax yourself

At the end of the day it's your body and your life. Don't fall under pressure and stretch your limits. Keep your body relaxed with deep breathing, yoga and meditation!
