AIPMT 2016 Admit Cards to be Available on 1st April

With just one month left for AIPMT 2016 – national level entrance exam carried out to conduct admissions to top medical colleges in the country, aspirants need to re-look at all the important dates in the schedule and gear up their exam preparation.

As per the schedule released by CBSE – the conducting body, AIPMT 2016 admit cards are going to be available for download on 1st April. To procure admit cards, all the registered candidates are required to follow the below steps:

• Visit the official website of AIPMT 2016.
• Click on the link mentioned for download of AIPMT 2016 admit card.
• Enter all the required information like registration number etc.
• Process request to access the admit card.
• When all the above steps are completed, AIPMT 2016 admit card will be shown.

The exam is scheduled for 1st May, 2016.  After the conduct of exam, the next important date for aspirants would be the date of display of OMR sheets. As per the information notice published on the official website the sheets will be displayed for any three days from 19th to 23rd May, 2016.

The answer keys would be showcased on the website from 24th to 26th May, 2016. The display of answer keys helps aspirants to evaluate themselves and predict the expected score. The result will be declared on 5th June, 2016.

For the D-day, candidates need to be aware of the following:

• Entry in the examination hall will start at 7.30 am.
• The checking of admit cards will be done from 7.30 to 9.45 am.
• The test papers will be distributed from 9.45 am onwards.
• All candidates will be allowed to break the seal of the test paper at 9.55 am.
• The test will commence at 10.00 am.
• AIPMT 2016 will be concluded at 1.00 pm.

Other important instructions:

• Candidates need to carry Admit Card, Passport size Photograph and Post Card Size Photograph affixed on proforma when they enter the examination hall.
• All rough work is supposed to be done in the Test Booklet. Candidates are not allowed to do any rough work on the answer sheet.
• Lastly, pens will be gievn at the centre for writing of particulars and filling out responses on the Answer Sheet.
