Symbiosis National Aptitude Test (SNAP) is the basic entrance exam for colleges under Symbiosis Internation University for their MBA programs. It is held across India, Registration for SNAP 2016 will continue till November 22, and the exam is on December 18. It is one of a major entrance examination for MBA program. Are colleges of SIU good?

Yes, they are they are among the top B-school in India. Many magazine and online channels have ranked them in top 10 B-Schools if we look them through the lens of T.I.M.E. B-school categorization, SIBM-PUNE and SCMHRD are ranked in the AA category. SIIB and SIBM- Bangalore are ranked in the BBB category; SITM, SIOM, SCIT & SIMS are in the BB category for their respective flagship MBA programs.

 

Are there any changes in the exam pattern from last year

No, some changes were made in the examination pattern of SNAP 2016

The number of questions in LR section were increased to 40, but the number of marks per question was reduced from 2 marks to 1 mark, which affects the overall weight for this part, now it has reduced to 40 marks

General awareness section was cut to 30 question.

Overall the number of questions in SNAP exam are exam as of SNAP 2015, but the number of marks was reduced been kept the same ( 150 ), but the total number of marks in the test been reduced to  150 from 180

 

What are the criteria for the final round of the interviews?

Merit list will be based on the following things

SNAP SCORE 150 Marks – 50%

Group Exercise (GE) – 10%

Personal Interaction – 30%

Written Ability Test (WAT) – 10%
