It's Difficult To Find The Time To Learn Japanese

People want to learn Japanese for a lot of reasons. You may possibly be planning to take a trip to Japan for work or pleasure. You quite possibly don't even have to speak Japanese but want to just for something to do. If you are able to talk in another language you will be given a wonderful feeling of achievement.

Although I had wanted to learn Japanese for a long time I guess the main reason why I finally decided to do something about it was because I was planning a long trip to Tokyo. 3 months is a long time to just point and nod, so I thought I should make an effort to speak to get by out there. I'm not sure if I can speak Japanese fluently, but am constantly asked that question.

If you want my opinion, I believe that even though I think I can now communicate well now in Japanese, I still don't think I know that much. I think it's highly unlikely I will ever know how to speak Japanese fluently. New words and phrases will always crop up that you don't know. I am actually able to watch and fully know what's happening in Japanese cartoons and movie now without subtitles. If I can sit and watch a movie in English and know what's going on, then there's no reason with a little work I shouldn't be able to do the same in Japanese.

There is still a way to go in my learning but I'm getting there. It's been tough to go from not knowing any words or phrases in Japanese to knowing a fair amount and you are probably wondering how I managed it. Basically it took a lot of effort and motivation and a load of practice. The trip from where I was and to where I got to was definitely not simple. If you want to learn a language like I have then you will need to fully committed to be able to succeed. I would like to say though that if you have that patience and dedication you can achieve what I have.

Finding enough time to study with other things in life can be tough. However, with a bit of effort you can study while working out at the gym, for example, or going to work.
