A vinegar solution or a bleach solution is very effective for making your wooden blocks spotless and sterilized. For creating bleach solution, you can take one part of bleach along with 10 parts of water. On the other hand, a vinegar solution requires one part distilled white vinegar and one part water.

It is habit of most of the children that they chew the wooden block. If you use any harmful chemicals for cleaning the wooden blocks then this can be injurious to your child. Therefore, I suggest you to use vinegar solution because it has no harmful effects on your child’s health. You just have to put the vinegar solution into spray bottle and spray it onto the rag. This rag can be used for cleaning the wooden block with great ease. There is no need to spray directly on the blocks.
