Inevitably,Are Users Slighted From the Full Experience With The P90X Ten Minute Workout? Articles the comparisons between P90X and every other workout from the Beachbody family of workouts are always front and center.

P90X is the face of the Beachbody company based almost exclusively on the amazing results achieved by millions of users. Pretty much everyone knows someone who has tried the workout and generally you will also know someone who has great things to say about it.

P90X and the massive shadow it casts is a double edged sword for Beachbody. On one hand, it gives them credibility when they introduce a new workout. They can show a track record of being able to create program that get results.

At the same time, the newer programs have a tough act to follow.

Generally Beachbody has tried to be different with it’s related programs, but when it has similar or closely related programs, the marketing two-step becomes more interesting and tricky.

Imagine a P90X ten minute workout program where you can take many of the overriding principles that make P90X special but you condense the time requirement down to 10 minutes rather than the current 45 minutes to an hour.

This is what the company is attempting to do with Tony Horton’s 10 minute trainer. They set out to create the benefits and results in P90X in a shorter workout because there is a clear market demand for it.

The question is though: Is a P90X 30 minute workout really possible? Can you duplicate the requirements and benefits with ten 1-minute exercises.

The answer really depends on who you ask and mostly on their current fitness level. Much of what made P90X so popular was what it did for the fitness challenged. That is how a beginner who was not in good shape could become beach ready and ripped was the front and center story of the workout.

Still, many of the customers were not beginners and had a recent fitness history.   To put everyone into two groups is probably not accurate. The point being that everyone has individual needs when they take on a workout.

The downside of trying to do a P90X ten-minute workout with the 10 Minute Trainer Program is that it is not enough to challenge people who are at a higher fitness level. Frequently, you hear the criticism that 10 Minute Trainer shortchanges someone who is really fit and expects a serious workout in that time frame.

The answer might lie more in adjusting each exercise for your fitness level and modifying. On the positive side, reviews by customers acknowledge that Ten Minute Trainer encourages modifications with resistance levels and form.
