How to get moving today and reap the benefits..

With the goal to be more efficient and to do more things faster today funnily enough this often causes us to move a whole lot less! We have had machinery take over a large amount of laborious work,Get Moving! Articles we use remote controls both on the TV and to drive into garages and aren’t we always trying to get the closest park or easiest and most energy efficient way to get somewhere or something done? Yes!So what does this lead to? Very sedentary life styles which promote energy drain! So unless you spend your days running around up on your feet and are very active, we have to go out of our way to ensure we get moving and have our regular dosage of required and much needed exercise.Get moving today by:

  • Brainstorming what your favourite exercise activities are or could be and opportunities to MOVE MORE!
  • Decide on a minimum number of exercise activities per week that you can and will commit to for the long term
  • Make a plan, set realistic and achievable goals to strive for and look forward to them
  • Do it with a friend, tell a friend your plan or get yourself a coach to help you
  • Set yourself milestone rewards and see yourself getting there
  • Don’t be LAZY!
  • Complete everything that you have set out to achieve
  • Become a high energy MOVING machine who looks forward to exercise until it just becomes part of who you are

The best thing about Moving is: Moving more gives you more energy, more energy gives you the chance to be more efficient and effective and thus as the goal of today you can do MORE THINGS FASTER!
