Taking vitamins as a supplement is inevitable nowadays because of the quality of foods and the environment we live in. As a mother of three I worry about the health of my children and in between work, school and home I tend to forget to take good care of mine as well.

Throughout the years I have tried different products based on the advice of friends,Haya Labs Women’s Multi Review Articles my GP or just advice on the Internet. However I noticed that while there is a huge variety of vitamin supplements out there there is a slight difference which can sometimes make a big difference. This is why I decided to share my thoughts and experience with some of the products I have used so far.

A product I used a while ago was Eve Women’s Multiple Vitamins (180 softgels for 18$). Its ingredients include the basic vitamin range, some minerals and superfruits. One huge issue I had with this product was the format. When you read "softgels" you immediately think that this will help with the absorption better than capsules or tablets.

Well, those softgels were so difficult to swallow that I had to keep them in my mouth for a bit and swallow them after they have dissolved a little. I don’t know if my stomachache could be attributed to this but I stopped using them after about 2 weeks because I had problems with the digestion.

After this I asked a few friends to recommend another product which is how I came across Jarrow’s Women’s Multi (60 tablets for 11$). Most of the reviews were very positive so I gave them a try. When it comes to the content aside from the basic vitamin and mineral complex but in lesser values they include some organic extracts like pomegranade and grape seed as well as inositol and boron.

The tablets were easier to swallow even though they smelled horrible. I stuck with them for a while but took additionally some supplements to be on the safe side since it seems that I have a sensitive stomach.

The latest product I have tried and fingers crossed so far everything seems to be doing well for me is Haya Labs Food Based Women’s Multi (60 tablets for £11.60). Aside from the basic vitamin and mineral complex it has additional probiotic and enzyme complex as well as some superfoods.

Those include pancreatin8x and organic microorganisms which help with digestion. The amount of pills you take is reduced to 2 and they barely emit any smell. At the moment this is the only supplement I am taking and I can give it two thumbs up.

It is hard to find the appropriate vitamins for your needs but it is important to keep looking and avoid compromising with your health. In my experience while some might work well for a lot of people they might not be good for you since we all have different bodies with different needs.
