When they ask those same people to make the same commitment of trust that you make with money and time, and you are talking about confusing new moves, more expensive equipment requirements and the totally different concepts that go into working out, you can be reasonably construed as asking too much. On that level, I can see people’s point. They have certain expectations established in a wallop out of the park sort of way, and those expectations are being turned inside out. Keep in mind also that P90X2 extreme workout program came out after literally years of anticipation.
What you are asked to do as a customer is place a great deal of trust in Tony Horton and BeachBody that they chose this workout program because this will take your body through the inherent limits it was subject to with P90X. You have greater emphasis on balance, core strength, total body endurance, and agility with P90X2. These are areas that aren’t given much consideration in P90X.
Still it’s a hard sell to people that you can’t keep growing with your fitness with P90X like you can potentially with p90X2. People on the whole have been quite skeptical.
