Once you start losing weight, your clothes will start looking too baggy and you will have the dilemma of having nothing to wear. Here are some suggestions to help you during this transistion time.

You are dieting successfully; youíve found a waistline that you had forgotten you once had. Thatís really good news, but now you have a dilemma. The big baggy clothes you bought to try and hide your bulges are now hanging on you, and making you look worse than ever. Wearing your big baggy clothing is not good for your morale. You need to feel good about yourself.
