Increase Your Height In Less Time Than You Thought Possible

Once you begin learning how to grow taller you shouldn't get too preoccupied trying to sort out the mass amount of information. It is unfortunate but true that the vast majority of websites dedicated to growing taller have little, if any, real information on the subject. The sad truth is that the majority of the information dedicated to learning how to grow taller is usually nothing more than half-truths or outright lies.

You would be better served by following a true guide that has been proven to work on others that have increased their height without danger and with safety with sophisticated, proven strategies carefully crafted by medical professionals. True, natural height increase is possible - though limited to between two and four inches - after the body's natural growth cycle of puberty has ended but it does have to be accomplished methodically and with care.

Start your body off slowly to the process. Getting taller is akin to a runner that is preparing his or her body to compete. You should make certain that you are benefiting optimally to the stretching and exercise techniques that you are using to grow taller. You should be watching your diet and your sleep patterns as well as starting off slowly. An injury from overdoing it can take you out of the game for up to 6 weeks or more if you are not careful, just like any athlete.

There are several workouts that you can do each day that will only take about half an hour when you are just starting your journey to grow taller. They can be referred to as exercises that form a foundation that make your body more ready to accept the more advanced workouts that you can work up to later. Keep in mind that when you are exercising that slower forms will be better in the long run than quicker, reckless movements that can cause injury. Keep your wits about you by moving more deliberately and you will see much better results much quicker than the alternative.

The first stretch to start you off requires you to be standing next to a table. It is also more beneficial to have another person present as well so that they can help stabilize you but if you are comfortable doing it alone, then it is possible. Position yourself about 36 inches away from the table while facing it. In one motion, bend forward at the hips keeping your eyes at the floor and extending your arms outward to grasp the edge of the table. If someone is there, ask them to push your back down as you maintain the stretch. If you are alone, try to replicate this motion yourself. Repeat the stretch no more than 5 times each day for the first week and next week do ten.

You will begin the second motion by standing up with your arms stretched to the sides. Pull your shoulders back so that your shoulder blades are pulled inward and clasp your hands behind your lower back. After your hands are clasped, bend over focusing your eyes in front of you and try to pull your hands up and away from your back as much as possible. You should try it five times the first few days and then work your way up to ten.
