Here is a good Ginger Vinaigrette recipe, it's not the exact same as the Benihana Recipes, but it's close. Give it a try and see what you think.

Ingredients:

1/2 cup canola oil
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons chopped peeled fresh ginger - ginger past can be substituted
4 tablespoons rice vinegar
4 tablespoons soy sauce
4 tablespoons sesame oil
4 garlic cloves
4 green onions

Directions:

Put all ingredients except oil in a food processor or blender and mix and with machine running slowly pour in the oil until smooth and well combined. Can be prepared ahead and will taste better if it's had at least a couple of hours to let the flavors combine. If stored in the refrigerator,Benihana Recipes - Ginger Salad Dressing Recipe Articles leave out for 1/2 hour so it's no so cold.

The garlic and the sesame oil can be a bit overpowering for some people, so you can start with 1/2 to 2/3 the recommended amount and see how that tastes.

If you're looking for real Benihana recipes it's hard because many recipe sites just slap up a bunch of stuff hoping you'll look around and click on one of their Google ads (so they make a little money) to leave the website.

Even if a website seems like they are really trying to help you, how can you tell if the recipes are any good. While there are some good sites with quality recipes and reviews, it's very hard to find a great copy cat recipe on the internet.

I guess my most trusted way to find a recipe is in a cookbook. While the internet is great for finding free stuff, sometimes it seems like the only way to get good product is to buy it.
