GirodiVino: an Italian Wine Tour

Today, in the center of Forlì, will be held the last appointment  of GirodiVino. This is a series of wine routes of quality promoted every Wednesday of May from Forli in the Heart, a promotion company  of economic activities of the center in collaboration with the Italian Sommelier Association. A journey of discovery into the world of wine and grape of Italian land  to spread the Italian wine culture and the experience  of restaurateurs, sommeliers and professional bartenders. Wednesday, May  4 GirodiVino began offering tasting of Romagna wine, represented by the best cellars in the area, the next week has gone to Northern Italy wine and in the following those of Sud Italy. Today, Wednesday will be dedicated to the bubbles, the Italian sparkling wines more appreciated in the world, undoubtedly deserves a place of honor to Franciacorta champagne.  The event starts at 18 and closed at 23 and with only 10 € you have a  kit Forlì in the Heart, composed of glass, pocket glass and 3 coupons to spend in all 25 public places participating to initiative. And to enhance and improve the taste of Italian bubbles are proposals tastings of dishes designed ad hoc , single plates or entire menu. Franciacorta sparkling wine will be matched with fry Mediterranean fish, prosecco Muffafè with a meat and fish paella.
