Table booking in a few seconds

I was asked to arrange an official dinner party in their honour since they were one of oldest clients. Since it was a dinner and not the conference where we usually book a hall to accommodate good number of people, this task was quite new for me. My job scope was limited. I had to book appointments and answer telephonic queries and I was told to make an arrangement for 15 people. I was new in the company and also in the city, so it was quite difficult for me to make such kind of arrangement. I decided to call my friend to share my dilemma. Apart from some decent pictures and promising lines like happy dining and instant booking, there was one drop down menu to select city. I typed the city’s name and the second page opened where I saw list of restaurants, 10-15 varieties of cuisines right from Chinese ,Italian, Mexican, to Mediterranean, Moroccan, South Asian and of course Indian. As it was an official dinner party so I decided it to arrange in way which is away from the noise and crowd. I searched for the best restaurants of the city for their grand ambience, decent gentries and their speciality for serving delicious and variety of cuisine under one roof. I chose one posh restaurant, which runs its chain across the country to serve my purpose.The search for my task ended their but before table booking it was necessary for me to complete registration process to get booking ID. After filling the required information, I finished the registration process and then I click instant reservation option.  Three small windows flashed on screen where I filled ‘number of people’ as 15, the time and date. Immediately I received an email to confirm my booking in the form of booking ID.In evening my boss called me once again to his cabin to know about the task he had given me in morning. As I was new to the city so even he was not quite sure about whether I would be able to make proper arrangements or not. I gave him booking ID as a sign of finishing the task. He enquired about it, so I told him about this wonderful website and its features. I told him about the procedure of table booking in just 5 minutes.After listening to everything he smiled and asked me to send an email to entire staff about this website, so that in future even they can make online restaurant reservation instantly. The Saturday dinner with our clients was excellent. On Monday my boss personally thanked me for all the efforts made in attempt to arrange the dinner party.
