Opportunities for entertainment abound in the many cities within California. As some of you may know from my previous articles, dining out at an Anaheim Restaurant is one of my favorite sources of entertainment.

Opportunities for entertainment abound in the many cities within California. As some of you may know from my previous articles,Things I like at an Anaheim Restaurant Articles dining out at an Anaheim Restaurant is one of my favorite sources of entertainment. I can almost hear you wondering why I am considering fine dining entertainment. This is because I define entertainment as anything that passes time in an enjoyable fashion. Under this definition dining out is absolutely entertainment.

Even though I consider the restaurant experience alone to be entertainment, I also enjoy going to restaurants and seeing live music or other types of shows. In fact, one of the best shows I ever saw at a restaurant was an interpretive dance performed to the Sir Mix A Lot classic, “I Like Big Butts.” It was truly a performance to remember.  Now do not get me wrong, I go to restaurants to eat rather than to watch performances or listen to music. I am only trying to convey that having something else to engage you during your meal can really salvage an awkward first date or insufferably boring in laws. One big problem I have notice with venues that try to combine performance and food is that for some reason, they are rarely able to make both offerings to quality. For example, just recent a friend of mine told me about his experience at a very hip Anaheim Restaurant and jazz club where he heard someone play saxophone that nearly brought him to tears.

Unfortunately, so did his shrimp gumbo and in a very different way. You will not always find that good music inevitably means that your food will be bad but it does seem to happen too often. Certain types of venues and offerings are more appropriate for different situations. For example, sometimes a like to go to little jazz club downtown when I am just looking to have an intimate late night drink with my lady. I like this because even though the food is not good enough to go there for dinner, the dessert is fantastic and they make a strong drink even if it is a little bit on the expensive side. However, what makes this Anaheim Restaurant really great is not the stiff drinks or rich chocolate cake, it is the intimate environment. The place is located in a basement and has low ceiling and dark furnishings. The booths and tables are comfortable an intimate but the place manages to be elegant without coming off as trying too hard. All of these things make it the best jazz club around. I would not recommend going there with a new date or on a blind date.

Its intimate environment is more suited for established relationships than for people who are trying to get to know each other. If you want to take a new date somewhere, try a place that is on the louder side and has some form of central entertainment because this will allow you guys to enjoy the show and avoid those awkward silences. If you are one of those awesome people who always has something really clever and funny to say and you have never experienced awkward in your life than good for you. Go ahead and take your date wherever the hell you want because you are clearly really awesome. Thanks for reading the articles guys.
