Peel three bananas and braise them with rocky candies for about one hour. Then you can eat the soup to help with your dryness. The third way that we make use of bananas is not to eat them but to wipe your hands with banana peels. Try it for several days and you will find your rough hands smooth and beautiful. 

Bananas are nutritious, but they are not suitable for everyone to eat. When you are extremely hungry, do not eat bananas unless you have eaten something first. There is a lot of magnesium in bananas, which restraining the function of our hearts. When your stomach is empty, the magnesium will raise so high that it destroys the balance of calcium and magnesium in the blood. Moreover, if you have an unhealthy stomach, you should eat less.
