Overcoming tiredness and keeping a good relationship with people are so simple to achieve. There is nothing better than learning how to love yourself because only when you have love that you can give and share love.

Sometimes, dealing with all these people is not so easy because you always have to think about others, not only yourself. This can lead to tiredness especially if you are having a hard time balancing everything out. To help you, here are some easy steps for you to overcome tiredness while keeping good relationship with people.
Love yourself more. People sometimes forget to love themselves and always put others ahead of them. There’s nothing wrong about thinking about the well-being of others first, however, if you are already on the point where you are completely disregarding your well-being, then that’s where the problem starts. Everyone has their own needs. You can help others get them but you should first get yours. There’s no point helping out others in having a healthy life for example if you yourself do not take care of your body and become sick.
Breathe in, breathe out. Sometimes, the key to overcome tiredness is just by stopping for a while and breathing well. It may sound a bit ridiculous to you but this is really important. Try to do this. Take a 10-minute break at work and just sit on a chair then breathe. For five minutes, count the number of times you inhaled and exhaled. After that, use the other 5 minutes to cut down the number in half. This means you have to breathe more slowly than before. It sounds too good to be true but this will really help your lungs to get as much oxygen it needs to distribute all over the body. When you have the right amount of oxygen, you can have a more energetic feeling.
Know your limits. There is nothing wrong about wanting to work 24/7 especially when you are doing something for the good of others like doctors. However, set a limit for yourself. Unless you are a superman and have unlimited energy, you should never tire yourself too much. If you get too tired and your body becomes too abused, you may get sick and you will more likely not be able to do your job. So don’t wait for your body to breakdown. It’s okay to work hard but learn to take a break and give yourself the rest that you deserve. 
Don’t dwell on small things too much. People sometimes become so down when they make mistakes. Here’s the real deal. Making mistakes is a part of life and a part of learning. No matter how perfect someone seems to be, there no one so perfect that he has never made any mistake. Mistake can never make you a failure if you keep on looking at the brighter side. It’s not about the mistake you have done but it is always about how you deal with it. Dwelling in small things will just tire your mind and your body. Learn to forgive yourself and forget being so down.
