1. Banana and honey mask: Mash one banana on a plate or cutting board and mix in 1 tablespoon of honey. Then, drop in a couple drops of fresh lemon or orange juice, and apply it to your face. Leave it on for 15 minutes before washing and rinsing. Make sure you dry your face off with a soft washcloth.
2. Vitamin C and Zinc supplements: Two of the best vitamins you can take for your acne are vitamin c and zinc. Take a 1000 mg tablet of vitamin c and one 50 mg tablet of zinc per day, and you will quickly start clearing up your acne within a week or so.
3. Benzoyl peroxide topical treatments: Invest in a small tube of 10% benzoyl peroxide cream. You can get these for very cheap at Walmart and Target, and when applied in small amounts, they will get rid of your zits very quickly. This is great for an oily face.
