Saratoga Springs is just over ten years old but there are many activities to enjoy.  The public city marina provides lake access for all types of fun in the water and an beautiful surroundings provide the perfect backdrop for an 18-hole golf course.  Climate norms average around 27 inches of snow and 11 inches of rain per year.  Temperature is expected to reach highs of 90 in the summer and lows of 15 in the winter.  The Salt Lake International Airport is only a 35 minute drive and Provo is only about a 25 minute drive.  Several opportunities for higher education can be found with a small commute.

Utah Real Estate has seen a downward trend recently but Real Estate in Saratoga Springs has done pretty well.  Although prices have slipped, the number of homes sold has doubled.
