Now a days heating system have been changed in all over world, there are new kinds of heating systems are available in the market. There are three types of heating system convection, radiating and under floor heating.
Convection heating system
These types of heating system are recommended when you want to warm areas like bedrooms, bathrooms or dressing rooms. They provide an ideal means of heating an average sized room, because they avoid connecting central heating system.
Convection type heaters warm the air which in turns warms you. In this category, room heaters include baseboard electric heaters, water or oil filled radiator style heaters and basically any type room heater that burns a fossil fuel directly. Just imagine yourself standing in front of your home’s centralized heating system outlet and you feeling the warm air rush over you. The counter tops are cool to the touch and these heating system are safer than some radiant heating system where children play because heating elements are concealed within. This is the convection heating system.
Radiant heating System
Step into the shade and the heat you feel is convection heat from the warm air; and heat you feel in the sunlight on a summer day that is radiant heat. It does not lower the humidity or creates wind speed, this is their strongest attribute. The heaters heat the room but they are slower to raise the overall temperature since they heat objects although you may feel comfortable with lower room temperature.
Select quick responding radiant heaters when you want to warm a specific area to heat up quickly such as watching TV or group sitting around the card table, a work area or other individuals or groups in relatively stationary positions. It is provided by glowing quartz or halogen elements and can be thermostatically adjust. Portable models of these heaters will automatically turn off if tipped; this is an important safety feature available.
Under floor heating System
Since the warm air is radiating upwards from the lowest point of the room and you will find that in these types of home appliances the room is more evenly heated from the floor to the ceiling. It can be very beneficial to those that suffer from allergies or breathing disorders. In these types of room heaters there are two types of system wet system and dry system. In wet systems, heat is produced by using hot water and in dry systems it is produced with electric coils. When a structure is built at that time wet systems are installed because the wet systems requires a series of pipes to be laid out under the floor and they can be added after construction but installation of these systems can be quite costly after construction.
