Some off-campus accommodations give you the convenience of having your own bathroom. You will not have to worry about sharing a bathroom with your roommate, especially if you have your own room. Unless you have guests, you will not have to clean up after someone else. You can share the kitchen and the dining room area. Since you do share the house with other people, you can split the cost of the housing. It is less expensive than paying for a one bedroom apartment by yourself. With student housing, you have access to some of the same amenities yet you have your privacy.
