Lecterns
If you are planning to give a public demonstration about one or a range of your products, a lectern will be a must choice of exhibition furniture. A lectern is a reading desk with a slanted top on which you can place notes and other reading materials to help with your public presentation. Display counters and cabinets
Display counters come in different types depending on the job they are built to do, some are designed for your products to be placed on and displayed and other such as reception counters for a focal point for your staff and visitors, where a computer could be placed and used as a greeting point. Choosing upon counters to display your merchandise is obviously crucially very important; you want it to look well on its own whilst matching your other exhibition displays, as well as not over powering your product. Display counters can come in flat packs and be built very quickly, with no need for tools, is as little as five minutes.
Display cabinets could be used to display a number of items; they have the advantage of coming with an optional glass front and lock, which if you are displaying items of some value will add an extra security.
Computer plinths
Handy if you will need the use of a computer, computer plinths are portable furniture that will be a functional asset to your floor space. They are lightweight and easily built and transported.
Literature Stand
This is a type of exhibition stand rather than exhibition furniture but the practical use of it is very effective. Literature stands are used to display promotional literature such as leaflets, magazines and flyers; they are a great tool to help get them in the hands or potential customers, who may have otherwise ignored them if they were sitting simply on a display counter.

Renting
All furniture would be available to rent such as lecterns, display counters and so on, if you to choose to hire do it in plenty of time before your event is due to be held as suppliers of furniture will likely sell out in the run up to the event. Choosing to rent is probably  not the most cost effective plan if you planning to exhibit at a number of shows.
