I have been working within Network Marketing for 8 years now and three of those where spent offline with the remaining five spent online and offline therefore let us ask the question what have I learned during that time that can be passed onto yourself to help you SUCCEED! Well let's go back to the year 2000 I was an 18 year old boy who had just moved from Glasgow to Manchester and currently unemployed with the mindset that the best way to make money was to get a J.O.B and God how wrong was I.

Well let's go back to the year 2000 I was an 18 year old boy who had just moved from Glasgow to Manchester and currently unemployed with the mindset that the best way to make money was to get a J.O.B and God how wrong was I.

One evening in the month of August I was reading the Manchester Evening News employment section reading through all the J.O.B adverts to see which was going to earn me some regular money and it was at this point I seen the word OPPORTUNITY and did I hesitate,Why is Duplication the Key to Your Success?  Articles NO I DID NOT.

I called the telephone number and arranged a meeting the very next day to which I attended at approx 1pm in the afternoon to sit down with a man namely Michael Scully whom I did not realise was not in the Network Marketing industry 8 years and a Millionaire, however we had a talk for around 30 minutes he did not give very much details away about the opportunity but instead invited me back to observe the next day which made me even more keen to find out more.

The next day came and I attended the office at 9.30am to be introduced to a very nice Australian boy with the same name as me and the same age as me the only thing that separated us is that he has been in the industry for one year longer than I had, however at this point I still had it in my sub conscious mind that I was here to gain a J.O.B but when we got out onto what was called the Field in that line of sales and marketing BOY WAS I WRONG!

After just 3 hours of watching him successfully sharing and promoting his product to other people whom he had only just met we decided to get some lunch and during this period we had a chat, the first question I had as you can imagine is WHAT DO YOU PAY? That varies depending what level you and your business are at he replied.

I am thinking BUSINESS? What BUSINESS? I really have missed something here!

So I said please tell me more!

He then explained that I needed to bring 3 people into my team and train them to success promote the product and I would move up to Trainee Manager.

Once Trainee Manager I had to get 2 of those to that position then I moved onto Trainee Assistant Manager, Once I had 3 at Trainee Assistant Manager I would move to Assistant Manager and once I could have my organisation with 1 Assistant Manager I would move to Owner of my own Franchise within the company.

That process would typically take anywhere between 6 - 18 months for anyone to complete successfully and free themselves from Debt and working JOBS.

Would you agree 6 - 18 months of work is worth being FREE FOREVER?

Back do Duplication I am sure you would agree that in that position it was absolutely vital to SUCCESS!

That my fellow entrepreneur is why duplication is necessary at all times with your business.
