Be smart in water with women’s full wetsuit and women’s wetsuit

Women’s wetsuit has undergone changes in style and type over the year to a very large extent. Women’s wetsuit is now much more fashionable and follow certain fashion trends. However, from the very old times, women’s full wetsuit has always been a very popular choice among water and adventure loving women.

Types of wetsuits

There are a number of types of wetsuits available. 

• Wetsuits are available in the form of sleeveless vests which cover only the torso.
  

These are not intended to be put on alone. These should generally be used as an extra layer under or over a women’s full wetsuit. Some wetsuits are in the form of a hooded tunic. These cover the head and the torso. These have short legs and short or no sleeves at all.  These are also meant to be worn over a full-length wetsuit. It has zip closures. For transportation of accessories, these can be fitted with pockets.

• Wetsuits are also available in the form of jackets.
  

These cover the arms and the torso. These do not provide any coverage to the legs. Though some of them have very short leg coverage, while most of them have leg holes like in swimsuits worn by women.

• Another style is available which is called a bodysuit.

It comes with flaps passing through crotch and attached with the help of clips in the front side. These may also consist of an integrated hood. The front zipper might be full or partial. Another kind of wetsuits are known as spring suits. These mainly cover the torso. The legs of a spring suit might be short or long. The sleeves of these spring suits are short.

These wetsuits cover the legs along with the lower torso. Known by the nickname of Johnny suit, the wetsuit covers legs and the torso only. A full suit is also known as steamer, can cover the entire length of legs and arms and the torso.

• There are various wetsuits which are available as a set of two parts.
  

The jacket as well as the long suits can be worn by the user separately under mild conditions. These are to be worn together when double layers of insulation are required for the torso under cold conditions. These two-piece water wetsuits for cold conditions have a thickness of ten to fourteen millimeters in the torso region and have a thickness of five to seven millimeters in the extremities.
