Adopt the policy that when you log onto the internet you are doing so for the purpose of building your business. For anybody who works online this type of discipline can easily be the difference between experiencing huge success or disappointing failure! Stick to your plan since this is the ONLY way you will achieve your goals!
When You 'Hit a Bump'
