Firstly let me introduce myself,Entrepreneurs Who Go That Extra Mile For Success Articles I am from Glasgow, Scotland, UK and I have been an entrepreneur now for around 9 years with great success. The reason why is because I have always gone that extra mile both for myself and for the people I have worked with and prepared this article to explain how this has happened. When I first started out in this business around 9 years ago now when I was just 18 years old I did not know there was such an industry as sales, network marketing, MLM or even internet marketing so as you can guess it was all brand new to me.

It all happened by accident back then as the very first MLM opportunity I got involved with was an offline MLM Company what they did was a door to door sales operation. The structure was simple that when you became good at the sales you got a promotion to trainee manager which now meant that they would place new people under you and then you would train them in sales skills. Next step would be team manager that would be when you have 3 trainee managers under you then the stage after that would be when you have 3 team managers you would become an assistant manager and eventually they would give you your own office where you would then take your team to your new office.

Now you're probably wondering how I went the extra mile. Well as you can imagine working in door to door sales on its own could be very demanding, challenging and very hard work therefore I had to go the extra mile in many ways frequently. We would go into the office at 10am for two hours to learn from each other. Then have our morning meeting, after which we would then go out to knock on doors to make sales and we would do this until around 9pm.

Sometimes when we were out on the field selling the day would fly past and a lot of sales would come our way and on these days it was very easy with no need to go the extra mile. However on other days it could become very tough and sales where in very short supply and this was the time when more than anything else I really had to go that extra mile for myself.

The way in which I would go the extra mile for myself was very simple in which that if I was struggling and having a tough day I firstly would have to take a step back and examine what has happened along with why it has happened. If necessary ask another person more experienced for their outlook on my situation. I would then work harder along with smarter, examine my targets and goals more closely and look for solutions to help me achieve these rather than problems to stop me.

Once I had a team I was not only responsible for going the extra mile for myself but also my team and that meant that when they were having a tough day I had to do everything for them that I would do for myself. Even if I was also having a tough day I had to do it all for me and them however the feeling of success afterwards is often reward enough and more.
