Difference between H.264 IP camera and HD IP camera

As we know, an IP camera is built in with video compress systems which is called MJPEG or H.264 to receive the digital signals from the internet. The two popular video coding formats make great deference between IP cameras and will determine the value and price of a single IP camera.Both MJPEG and H.264 is built in to compress the IP camera video and make the video smooth and clear. 
They are currently the most popular compress types among IP cameras. MJPEG and H.264 are also quite different of each other.MJPEG is the abbreviation of motion jpeg (pronounced jay-peg).  It is improved on dynamic JEPG image which bundles constant images into a smooth video. It works on a single compressed video frame rather than different ones. It is definitely a flexible way of video resolution.
MJPEG is now widely used by web cams and IP cameras. And much cheaper than H.264.MJEPG enables a great video quality with a small memory. But the finial problem of MJEPG is that it cannot provide high definition video real-time video compression is poor for exquisite monitoring.
H.264 achieves very high video quality and higher compression ratio although mot so many people know well about it. It has awesome network transmitting performance. There is no need for high frame rate and less bandwidth is required.
HD H.264 network camera to the inevitable future-oriented currently. The price of H.264 will possibly decrease to as low as MJEPG IP cameras as more and more manufactories use H.264 in the future.
