Exercise: Simple make you moving, take some action help your body can change situation because our body need our do that every day, if you have a day work too much then you can don’t need to exercise for that day. Simple do every type exercise you want or fit to you. It will help lose your some energy of weight and other benefit of that work is helps you healthy and stronger. While you doing this also help you have more connection with nature and with other person. I love run and play volleyball. Choose anything fit and you enjoy.


3. Eat enough: This tip putted final tips because this work helps you keep balance in life, simple eat enough help you have energy to live, don’t try to eat or drink so much it causes you sick. It will help you don’t add more weight too. And there are one notice here is we must choose food that good for health because also have some food not good for health if we eat regular.
