The HCG Diet has become a very popular way to lose weight fast. It is a diet that few others can hold a candle to.  Those that are brave enough to stick to the 500 calorie diet get the experience of the fastest weight loss few have known to be possible.
    The HCG diet is a diet protocol developed by Dr. Siemon in the 1950's that requires you to take the HCG hormone by short or orally (homeopathic HCG).  You then follow a strict 500 calorie diet and watch as the pounds fall off of you.  Every morning when you step on the scale you see the numbers go down.
