If you read that Irvingia Gabonensis is a nut from a tree, leave that site immediately - they don't know a thing about the African Mango!

I just read an article on a web site that said Irvingia Gabonensis was a nut that came from a tree. Obviously this guy didn't do his research right. We did in-depth Irvingia Gabonensis Reviews to find out exactly where this fruit comes from and study the benefits of the African Mango Extract for weight loss.

It's true that the African Mango grows on a tree,Irvingia Gabonensis - A Nut From a Tree? Dont Buy That! Articles but the Irvingia Gabonensis weight loss extract comes from the seeds of the mango, and more specifically, the African Mango found in Cameroon Africia.

Cameroon Africia is the only place the African Mango is grown because of the lush west-coastal rainforests located in that area. So now that you have the history down, here's why the African Mango is getting so much attention these days.

The reason this African Mango is so important is that it contains a peculiar seed, not found in other mango fruits.  The natives of Cameroon call the seeds "Dikka nuts," which is probably where the writer of that other article got off on the wrong track.

The extract of this seed is what is used in the Irvingia Gabonensis weight loss supplement.  I suppose it's better known as the African Mango because who can spell that Irvingia word correctly - or even say it right!

Irvingia Gabonensis is important for weight loss because of its medicinal properties.  It contains a substance called Leptin which helps break down fat stores and uses them for energy instead of creating more fat cells. It also tells the brain that's it's full, so you don't eat as much. These are both powerful events that should occur if you want to lose as much weight as possible, without much effort.

Of course, that's still not enough for most people. The best Irvingia Gabonensis supplements include other ingredients such as green tea, chromium, white kidney bean extract, and even caffeine for increased energy.

That's why you will not usually find the African Mango Extract sold alone. And if you do, I suggest you don't buy it. It's true that breaking down fat cells will help, and feeling full is going to allow you to eat less, but you still need to either exercise, or increase your metabolism somewhat. The older you get, the slower the metabolism gets, so be sure you get what you pay for.

Oh, and don't go buying any Dikka nuts either, that'll be the next thing people will sell who don't know what they're talking about!
