In a recent interview she did on the Ellen show, she shared a few exercises in her schedule. Here is a sample schedule of Snooki workout:    30 minutes of extensive cardio    Tennis ball Go (3 places of 25) – Stand with a balance ball on your returning, and the wall keeping the ball revoked. Move your arms clockwise (or counter-clockwise), like mixing a pot.    Part Panels (3 places of Thirty a few moments each side) – Similar place to along side it flexion, place your shoulder on the earth experiencing returning and forth. Keep your arm steady and your human body immediately for Thirty a few moments.    Ab Crunches (3 places of 25)    Chicken Dogs (3 places of 25 hold for 15 a few moments each time)– The term says it all, a combination of bird and dog motions.
