As a personal trainer, I had heard some pretty spectacular claims about colon cleansing weight loss. So, at the request of my clients, I began researching the best colon cleansing products.

You know the drill, eat less and exercise more. However, I had heard so many exciting claims about colon cleansing and weight loss, I decided to uncover the truth.

First, let's look at the fundamentals of weight loss. It really isn't "rocket science". Their are 3500 calories in a pound of body fat. If an individual consumes fewer calories than their body requires, they will lose weight.

Simple, right?

A healthy colon should weigh about 5 pounds.

Colon cleansing weight loss is not fat loss, but the benefits of removing impacted fecal matter are great. Individuals dramatically improve  energy levels, quality of sleep, overall vitality and quality of life.

The key is to cleanse often enough to prevent the accumulation of waste. Depending on what your doctor advises, once every 90 days should be adequate.
