You can almost feel it can't you? Each and every calorie adding fat to your already overweight body. It's one of the worst feelings in the world and you feel so helpless. This isn't an article about changing your mentality,Want To Lose Weight? Count Your Calories! Articles all I offer is a solution that everyone can do regardless of weight, age and self esteem. The mentality will change gradually as the fat falls of, seemingly like magic.Wouldn't it be great if you could just turn on a switch and lose weight without much effort? I am here to tell you it is possible and very doable for you. I know what you are thinking, because you have read it before haven't you? Empty promises leading to nothing and it ends up shattering the little self esteem you had left. By reading this I can safely assume that you still have some hope left, and I can give you that and more. It's a simple fact of life, you eat fatty foods and a lot of it, your weight and size will increase. I wish we were designed different but we're not. This will happen to every single person on the planet, no matter who you are or where you are. What is also a simple fact is that exercising and eating less food will make you lose weight. This isn't rocket science, we all know it, so why don't we just eat less and exercise then? Because your brain tells you it need food, the fattier the better, more sugar please and NOW! Why it happens to a lot of people is still unknown, but all brains are wired differently. The fact of the matter is, your brain is stopping you from living the life you deserve. Want to know how to fool your brain? There are a couple of ways to do it. I don't know if you've heard of Pavlov's dog. Pavlov changed the dog's brain, the behavior of it by giving it jolts of electricity every time the dog wanted to do what he wanted. The dog's brain then learned that if it was going to do what he wanted, he would get electrocuted. That's one way of doing it, but it seems kind of extreme doesn't it? I suppose you could have someone give you an electrical shock every time you thought about fatty foods, but that requires a lot of time and effort and what you don't have is time, and you definitely don't want the effort. The other way is the smart way of doing it…Have you heard of a cactus called Hoodia Gordonii? Why would you want to hear about that? Because it will in fact change your life completely. It's a plant growing in Africa that was discovered during a study of bush foods. The bush men has been using this for centuries for a very good reason. A bite of this cactus re-wires their brain into thinking they don't need to eat, no more craving. That's right, with this you never have to worry about the constant crave and hunger that you experience even right now as you read this.
