How to get rid of Love Handles

Love handles are fat deposits which accumulate around the waist and have to be done away with by a program of diet and exercise.  Guys and girls both struggle with this problem.  It can be due to a slow metabolism, eating unhealthy foods and over eating, and lack of exercise.

When the metabolism slows down (usually after 30 yrs old in women) less energy is burned and fate begins to store.  Fat accumulates in the area of the belly and the middle area.  This happens especially if you are eating the wrong foods and not getting enough exercise work it off.

Usually as your fat intake increases and your weight gains this can cause high triglycerides.  Triglycerides are chemical substances made up of vegetable and animal fat.  Love handles are the same as triglycerides – stored fats.  This condition can be caused by family history, medication for certain illnesses, certain medical conditions, and aging.  What a person needs to do to lower their triglyceride level is to lower their cholesterol, get enough exercise, and watch their fat intake.

Lie on you back with your head just off the floor. 

Place your arms out by your sides either straight or bent at the elbows.

Raise your feet and knees from the floor while fluttering your legs back and forth in a fast motion.

Continue for 20 seconds / Rest for 20 seconds.  Now continue the routine.
